New Jersey makes a first

Recently passed in the Garden State, new drivers to the state now have to have a red sticker on their license plates to notify other drivers they they are inexperienced. But many parents aren't getting the stickers for their kids because they feel that it could attract sexual offenders. Even though this could still could get attacked at the mall, grocery store, or walking in your neighborhood. I think its worth a try to see what happens. If you get caught without the sticker, its on $100.
