Russo and Steele auction goes bad, who pays for the damaged cars

This past week in Arizona, Russo and Steele kicked of the year with one of their prestige auctions under some tents. Unfortunately, acts of God had gotten out of hand and sent two tents collapsing on $1.5 million worth of damage. So what happens to the people that already purchased the cars before the storm? Anxiety, fear, and many phone calls to insurance companies happen.
